DELIVERY POLICY

nouzardin.shop offers Pick-up & collect services anywhere in Mauritius on all items in the store. *(Terms such as ”product, articles, plants” refer to the catalog of the online store).
  • Delivery options
    Home delivery – No minimum purchase required. Delivery fees depends on the district of delivery. As from a delivery amount depending on the district, free delivery will be offered. All delivery fees are indicated on the checkout page when adress is added by the client.
      Pick up in store – Free of charge no delivery fee. Customers can pick-up their plant(s)directly in the store. You’ll  get notify by email or Whatsapp when their plant(s) are ready to get collected with a location pin. Customers may pay by cash or Juice in-store, while collecting their item(s).
      Once payment has been made, we will contact you within 4 working days to coordinate delivery.
      Please note that delivery may be delayed for depending on your region such a SAVANNE, GRAND PORT & RIVIERE NOIRE District.
      • Delivery terms & conditions
      We do our best to schedule short slots for deliveries.  
      We only deliver on Wednesday and Saturday.
      Highly recommended, if you opt for home delivery :  While purchasing please add your correct home address & phone contact number details. Our delivery crew may contact you before lift or once on the spot.
      No delivery is made on Sunday & Public holidays ( Exception can be made for some location)
        • Which frequency customers get delivered ?
        Home delivery may vary within 48 to 72 hours to get a slot, depending on your location. We may notice customers when their order gets slotted by email or sms.
        Delivery crew may contact customers if any kind of indication is needed, such as street no.,  or apt no. Customers must give a valid contact number and be reachable on selected availability.
        Should you have any issue with your order or complaint, please contact us by email or phone. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will make every effort to respond to your communication within 48 business hours.
        We strive to make our customers visits truly exceptional and welcome all comments and suggestions to improve your experiences.
        • Delivery unaccomplished – subject to clause 4, delivery.
        4.1 Pick up location will be specified on the cart page and will be made to the Pick up point specified by you when ordering on the website. You have the ability to change this address while processing your order or directly chose from information page while ordering and you must do so if you move home so that we can deliver to the correct address. 
        4.2 Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of items (particularly items on special offer) supplied to any one customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardizes availability for other customers. You can make ask for your reservation on our contact page.
        4.3 We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. If you are not satisfied with the quality you have received, In the event that the items delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect items, you must notify us promptly or within 1 hour. We may ask you to send us a photo as proof for confirmation. Please refer to our refund policy page.
        4.4 We take special care to endeavor that deliveries are made within a short delivery slot and accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available to collect it. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted the item(s) will be retained by us. We will sent you a notification of delivery and will telephone to attempt to rearrange the delivery. In case of re-delivery, additional delivery fee will apply on your behalf. Please refer to our refund policy.
        4.5 Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or canceled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavor to contact you as soon as we are able to reschedule your delivery date availability. In any event, subject to clause 7.1 below, our liability to you will be limited to the price of items not delivered and the cost of delivery. (Refer to refund policy)
        4.6 Should you fail to be present for your delivery we are entitled to charge you  the a déplacement fee.
        4.7 nouzardin.shop will ordinarily only make deliveries when an appropriate person is able to receive the order. In the event that you instruct nouzardin.shop to leave the order unattended at your address, nouzardin.shop expressly disclaims all liability which may arise by virtue of the item(s) being left unattended for a period of time.
        4.8 nouzardin.shop will not leave items unattended at your chosen pick up point, you or a person authorized by you must be present upon delivery of your order.
        4.9 Deliveries are limited to one delivery per day per location.
        Please note you need to bring your order ID reference while collecting your order.
        • 5. Defect / incomplete / incorrect items
        5.1 We guarantee the quality & quantity of our item(s). You must inspect the plant(s) and notify us promptly by SMS or by call our team on +23058320930.
        We will fully refund the price of any item that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction or arrange for the delivery of replacement item providing that you notify us within 1 hour of delivery of the item. *Subject to availability. Refer to our refund policy page.

        REFUND POLICY

        Refer to our terms & conditions- nouzardin.shop does not collect or retain any  ID card information or banking details of a customer(s). Payments can only be made in advance by internet banking transfer or by Cash.

        When a customer place an order(s) we send an order confirmation attached with our banking details followed by our payments instructions. We encourage customer to proceed with payment on their own free will, without sharing any of your banking information.We encourage you to pay for your order once you receive an order awaiting confirmation by email or SMS to ensure timely processing.

        Notice: Unpaid orders will not be process, thus not added to delivery schedule or refundable.

        *Please note that your bank may delay the transaction of your refund made after 4pm on Fridays- including week-ends or public holiday.

        • Clause 6.1 Amendment of Orders and Cancellation Rights

          1.1. Already Paid for your order(s) ? : Customer will have 24 hours after payment is made to ask for a full refund by calling on 5832 0930 or email us : jardinerie@nouzardin.shop

           

          • Clause  5.1- Orders and Cancellation Rights

          1.2. If cancellation is made after 24 hours and in case, if item(s) already been slotted or lift, customer will be charged for the delivery fee of Rs 150 only. Refund will be made for the rest of listed & paid item(s).

           

          • Subject to clause 4.4 Defect / incomplete (s)/ incorrect Item(s)

          In the event, that item(s) delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect items, you must notify us promptly or within 1 hour by SMS or call on 5832 0930 or email us : jardinerie@nouzardin.shop

          We may ask you to send a photo as proof for confirmation. Fully refund will be made by tizardin.mu team within 48-72 hours -working days – excluding public holidays.

          Our team will contact you for the refund or to re-schedule a date for collecting or replacement of the item(s).*subject to availability. In the meantime, it’s upon customers responsibility to keep the item(s) properly under custody not more than 4 days.

          • Subject to clause 4.4 delivery- unaccomplished

          It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the time of delivery. Failing to attend, your order will be retain by tizardin.mu. We will notify you by email or sms for re-scheduling another delivery date*if so, delivery fee may applied & not refundable in case of unaccomplished return. Please refer to our terms & condition section for more information.
